What is Past Life Regression? 
Throughout  the world many  beliefs and philosophies  accept  that the life we have today is one of many. It  is  accepted  by  many  that  we  reincarnate, we  are born again in a cycle of rebirth and death.
There is a great deal of evidence for this belief that  has been gathered throughout the years and published, by such writers as Dr. Brian Weiss, Monica Meyer, Jenny Cockell,  Dr. Edith  Fiore, Elizabeth Kubler- Ross, Ian Stevenson and Joe Keyton. They all took the subject from the realm of religious belief to the realm of subjective reality. That  much  of the evidence has been verifiable says much, but there are many theories about what ‘Past Lives’ really  are. 
Some would argue it is reality, whist others  would say it is  just  fantasy  or imagin- ation. Others would say you are tapping  into the  Akashic Records or The Cosmic Conscious ness. Some even suggest it is tapping into the gene pool of our ancest- ors, that we are  in fact recalling things our ancestors did. 
Past  life  regression  can  be  an  exciting  trip into yourself, unlocking doors in the mind that open  into other ‘worlds’, ‘worlds’  that  are  part of ‘life’s ‘ experience. 
At  any  given  moment   we  are  the  sum  total  of  all  our experiences, and those experiences make us what we are today. Using the power of  hypnosis  to by- pass the  normal  conscious  waking  state  we  can  tap  into   the unconscious. It  is not known for certain, but some practitioners  believe  the unconscious is the bridge to a greater consciousness, our  Higher Self. By  crossing the bridge  we  can sense, feel, see or imagine those things we have no normal access to.

What does it feel like to be regressed? 
I  gently  lead  you  into  that  calm  relaxed state of  mind we call hypnosis using visualisation and relax ation techniques
It  is  a  perfectly  safe  and  natural  state  of mind, similar to day dreaming, you cannot become stuck in  a  past life. All  you  have  to do is relax  and  allow  the images or feelings to wash over you. I will guide you gentle through the process, but you have to co- operate and picture in your mind the things I describe, allow- ing  the  events  to  unfold. If  you  follow  the  experience  without  questioning or analysing ‘Going with the flow’ you  may  feel as  if  you  are  actually there in the events.
It is  possible  to  recall  a traumatic experience which brings an issue in this life into  greater  clarity  and  thereby  allow  you  to  resolve  it .I  usually  record  the session and compile a CD whilst you are there, this is included in the fee.
